In April 2021, Impeto Medical organized a webinar aimed at healthcare professionals on the early management of diabetes and microvascular complications. More than 80 attendees joined the presentation to learn from guest speakers, Dr. Prash Vas and Dr. Marie-Laure Névoret.

Diabetic Autonomic Neuropathy is a serious complication that affects more than half of diabetes patients and can lead to dysfunctions in various organ systems, including cardiovascular and diabetic foot. Dr. Prash Vas, a consultant in Diabetes and Diabetes Foot Medicine, and Dr. Marie-Laure Névoret, a medical consultant for Impeto Medical, emphasized the importance of early management of diabetes and microvascular complications during the webinar. Dr. Vas is also the co-founder of the British Diabetic Neuropathy Symposium and the author of the diabetic foot disease management module during the COVID19 pandemic, while Dr. Névoret has extensive experience in clinical trials for diabetes, diabetic neuropathy, and neuroendocrinology.
